When the UN Security Council organised an emergency session to discussion the developments surrounding the international peacekeeping force in Lebanon, Russia used to opportunity to lash out at Israel and the US. Visibly angered by the Russian criticism of Israel, the US ambassador resorted to an unusual step to respond to the Russia.
