Countries, leaders, Resistance factions, and civilians rose in protest across the region to denounce the heinous Israeli assassination of the Secretary-General of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, in Beirut's Southern Suburb. Sayyed Hassan's last days were marked by staying true to his words when the Resistance targeted Tel Aviv's suburbs with a missile, cementing "the strike for strike" and "Tel Aviv for Beirut" equation, in retaliation for the Israeli pagers and wireless receiver explosions across Lebanon. Until his last breath, he continued fighting in defense of Lebanon and Palestine, sacrificing his entire life for the cause of liberation.
