Tens of thousands fled southern Lebanon as Israel pummelled the area with over 300 air strikes yesterday. Families could be seen carrying essentials as they sought refuge in Beirut and the northern regions of Lebanon. This was the deadliest day of Israeli raids in nearly 20 years.
